Choosing a pull-up

A pull-up is the closest thing to the underwear you already wear: you step in, pull it up and tear the side seams open to take it off. Ours come in four versions. Extra Absorbency holds up to 1,492 mL (50.5 oz) for the day. Overnight holds up to 2,078 mL and is the one made in XS. Ultimate holds the most, 2,422 mL, and the black Men's Ultimate holds 2,352 mL in a cut shaped for men.

Measure your waist and your hips, and take the larger number to the chart. Our sizes overlap on purpose, so if your waist falls in two of them, pick the one that sits snug at the legs. A loose pull-up leaks before a full one does, and you will find the chart for every size on each product page.

When a pull-up is not the answer

If standing to dress is hard, or someone helps you change in bed, a brief with tabs goes on lying down. If your pull-up fills before you can change, a booster pad inside adds capacity without moving up a size.

Fit matters as much as capacity. The National Association For Continence says a product that does not fit well is a common reason for leaks.
