Plus sizes are where a loose fit leaks first, so we cut all three of our unisex pull-ups in 2XL and 3XL. 2XL fits a waist of 60 to 80 inches and 3XL a waist of 72 to 92 inches. The ranges overlap, so if your waist sits between 72 and 80 inches, let your hips decide: the pull-up should sit snug with no gap at the legs.
Choose the level the same way as in any size. Extra Absorbency holds up to 1,492 mL (50.5 oz) for the day, Overnight 2,078 mL for the night and Ultimate 2,422 mL for the heaviest leaks. Every one has stretch panels and sides that tear open, which makes a change easier when bending is hard.
